I messaged Chris through Yelp about my issue with the furnace. I was willing to pay for a technician to come and check it out but he told me the fix was really easy (changing a fuse) and that he could walk me through it over phone/text and just save me the money. I went to Pep Boys, got the fuse, he told me where to change it and boom, the unit was back on. Thanks for being so honest Chris.
